2005: the leading provider of outsourced credit management systems to the brewing sector, developed the Tenanted Pub Management System to improve the financial performance of licensed outlet portfolios.

2004: developed strategic partnership with major global energy provider to provide long-term customer relationship management support.

2004: developed central billing system for leading global hotel group, improving customer service and improving credit management performance.

2003: managing customer relations in more than 25 countries for two global telecoms organisations, a major logistics organisation and a top-ten global bank.

2003: launched first global dispute management project with global telecoms provider, to improve resolution of complex disputes. Developed International Dispute Management System.

2003: Investors in People accreditation renewed.

2002: grew presence in brewing sector, with launch of two further long-term credit management outsourcing partnerships.

2002: provided European customer services support for global top ten bank in support of a new credit card launch.

2002: received ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.

2002: National Business Awards winners for work with AT&T and Coors Brewers.

2001: launched highly innovative hands-on business turnaround service to salvage value from failing licensed outlets. A first in the brewing sector, it reduced dependence on litigation and insolvency, and improved long-term beer sales.

2001: world’s largest corporate insolvency took place in US, and Avance provided two-year customer service and accounts receivable support in 30 countries across EMEA region during corporate restructuring.

2000: major brewer outsourced its total credit management function to Avance, achieving significant improvements in customer service levels, as well as big cost savings.

1999: began a four-year project to centralise accounts receivable management across EMEA region for a global telecoms organisation.

1999: in an industry-first, one of the world’s largest brewers outsourced the management of its underperforming loan portfolio to Avance.

1999: received Investors in People status.

1998: launched one of the first secure online-access account management systems, helping our clients gain more control of the outsource process.

1997: trialled our first non-English language outsourced customer management service.
