Collections Advisers – Baird Street, Glasgow

Salary: £13,000 plus excellent benefits
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9-5

Reporting to the Collections Team Leader, the collections agent will be responsible for the recovery of outstanding debt on behalf of our client. Excellent communication skills are required in order to liaise with customers and other personnel within the organisation.

This role specifically involves:

Arrears management of Customer accounts
Recovery of outstanding balances on behalf of clients
Providing customers with up to date information regarding outstanding balance
Respond to inbound & outbound calls in a timely & professional manner
Deal with Faxes and E-mails as appropriate

This position would suit someone from either a sales or a collections background.
