Customer Service Advisors - Rutherglen

Salary: ₤5.70 per hour plus excellent benefits
Hours of work: 8.30-4.30 Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week

If customer services is your strong point then this may be the opportunity for you!! Due to expansion we are urgently looking for customer service advisors to join our team at Rutherglen (10 mins from Glasgow Central) - you will be contacting customers regarding their details and updating our in house systems - accuracy is important as is a willingness to provide a seamless service to the customer.

• Ensure compliance of the Data Protection Act.
• To provide accurate information for client and customer.
• To ensure system actions are accurately updated in line with client procedures.
• To be an effective member of the team.
• To manage time & prioritise workload.
• To take ownership of own performance.
• To be flexible in regards to working hours.
• To adapt to changing client requirements.
• Recognise, record and reduce complaints even before they happen.
