PubNET Tenanted Management System

We are the licensed trade’s leading provider of specialist outsourcing technology solutions, and PubNET is at the heart of our approach.

Distinguishing between Wet and Dry Goods ledger management, PubNET handles invoice settlement on an outsourced basis for a number of the largest brewers and pubcos in the world.

The system imports secure financial data supplied via EDI and generates invoices via Crystal Enterprise. Payment confirmation triggers Wet Goods release via direct access to partner SAP systems.

This technology gives partners major performance uplift, as well as cost reductions year on year.

Background

The licensed trade has become increasingly innovative in recent years, as competitive pressures have driven efficiency gains and cost savings, and Avance has been at the centre of many of those innovations.

In 1999, Bass Brewers outsourced the management of its underperforming loan portfolio to us, and a year later its entire credit management function. The innovation was a huge success, and today, Coors remains one of our longest-serving licensed trade partner.
